When you head to eat at the Santa Fe bistro in Prague’s Palladium, you’ll come across a new addition – our self-service sales kiosk.
Faster and more convenient ordering
The operator chose our kiosk with the goal of offering customers faster and more convenient ordering, while also increasing the venue’s capacity. A simpler ordering system will also help reduce operational costs related to customer service.
We created a custom-made kiosk that connects ordering, the kitchen, and meal pickup. It supports secure online payments via a payment gateway and receipt printing. The software makes it easy to update the menu, set daily specials, and manage other promotional offers.
At the customer’s request, delivery to Prague and installation were carried out at night so as not to disrupt the bistro’s daily operations.
