Why we do what we do
We want to do great projects for our clients and be their partner. We want our relationship with our clients to be transparent – no binding terms but transparent funding and the hours worked. The client is always the owner of the final code and product.

The way we work
1. Come to us with an idea
We know that a customer description will be only the tip of the iceberg, so we want to get a comprehensive picture of the topic. This know-how will be the foundation for further development. By analysing your idea or request, we will provide you with (among other things) a solution proposal or even a prototype design for a device that will take you to where you want to be. In the analysis,we will take into account your corporate requirements, strategy, standards and direction.
2. We will validate the idea in terms of product market fit and technology.
We bring years of experience in consulting, analyses, design development to implementation and execution of finished software and hardware products to you. What we believe essential is a case-by-case approach to the problem, designing the most effective approach not only in the short term, but also with regard to the maintenance and subsequent development of every project years after the launch.
3. SW and HW design, UX/UI, prototyping
We can prepare and design software that is user-friendly and easy to control. We will tailor the hardware to the requirements of the solution to meet the vision and needs from prototyping to market launch.
4. Agile development
We follow the “No vendor lock-in” policy, so the code belongs to you. We plan and develop transparently in 14-day cycles. Thanks to this, you can see how much time we are spending and on what and know what you are paying for. If we are not following the path of your vision, you can end the collaboration after any iteration.
How we emerged
2013
In 2013 the company Betrian s.r.o. was set up with a focus on process management design and business strategy development.
2018
Since 2018 the company has been mainly involved in projects involving software and hardware development.
2021
In 2021 it left its old name to the newly formed company Betrian a.s. and has been operating as Avilio Consulting s.r.o. since then. Betrian a.s. continues to bring together professionals with the same business philosophy of developing cutting-edge technologies. In 2021 it founded Be Train a.s., a specialist organisation which develops modern technologies to improve the safety of rail transport.
